Purchases made on the website will have a processing time of 24 hours to make the shipment to the final destination.

Orders placed on weekends will be taken the next business day.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns or changes of products can be made under the following conditions:
1. The product has not been mistreated.

2. The buyer sends photos and videos of the reason for the return.

3. If there is any failure on the part of the company to send a wrong product.

In these cases Amazonica.store is not responsible for the cost of shipping the product, unless the error in the procedure is 100% demonstrable that it is a fault of the company.
